#lifelesson: there’s an app for EVERYTHING, and human communication is still necessary (and very much needed)

Grandad is over for dinner. Things have gotten busy and changed a bit since he was in the big city though - he has caught an Uber which was paid by Chilli’s “internet thing”.

Grandad goes to play “restaurant” with the girls, and they show him his house (the Heelerverse Wiggles Airbnb) which he needs a phone to check into. Grandad doesn’t have a phone but the girls make a new one so he can pay for his accomodation (and any breakages he makes). When it comes to dinner time, Grandad has to be instructed on how to order and pay for his food via the  (Menulog/Deliveroo) “app”. 

He then tries to pick up his order but is told it gets delivered (by Bingo on her Deliveroo scooter), and that he shouldn’t really talk to the scooter/delivery driver.

After eating his curried sausages on his own, watching the on an “app” on his phone, Grandad decides that he’ll have to do something to change this modern new world. He checks that ANYone can create one of these “apps” and goes about inventing a new one on his phone. As Bingo is getting her delivery backpack ready for Grandads pavlova order, he sneaks a toy crocodile in there. As Bluey opens the backpack mayhem ensues with a croc on the loose! 

Fortunately there’s an app for that! Grandad tells Bluey how to load-down the croc catcher app and she activates it to call for assistance! Along comes croc-catcher Grandad. He gets the girls outside, away from the screens, and together they deal with the croc. Unfortunately for Lucky’s Dad, it ends up being released into his yard and attacking him. #onyapat
